We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banking Associate to join our team at TD Canada Trust in Laval Centre-Ville. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, helping them to achieve their financial goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized advice and guidance on banking solutions.
- Assist customers with day-to-day banking transactions, including account openings, loan applications, and investment advice.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them achieve their financial goals.
- Work collaboratively with other branch team members to ensure seamless customer service and support.
- Stay up-to-date with banking products and services, and provide customers with information and advice on the latest offerings.
- High school diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience in customer service or banking.
- Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent certification required within 6 months of hire.
- Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. business, finance) an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in MS Office and branch software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
