Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Grab & Go Indian Kitchen Inc. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, and storage areas, are clean and sanitized.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and tidy kitchen environment.
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit as needed.
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation as required.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Availability to work 35 hours per week.
