About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at MASK INDIAN KITCHEN + BAR INC. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and sanitize items by hand.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and keep records of food quantities used.
  • Portion and wrap foods, and stock refrigerators and salad bars.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas.
  • Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
