About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at MASK INDIAN KITCHEN + BAR INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, and storage areas.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and sanitize items by hand.
  • Prepare and portion food, and restock refrigerators and salad bars.
  • Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit.
  • Maintain accurate records of food quantities used.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires physical stamina and the ability to work under pressure.
