Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare meats for processing and cutting
- Cut and trim standard cuts of meat to meet customer specifications
- Wrap and package prepared meats for display and sale
- Cut poultry into parts for customer purchase
- Provide exceptional customer service and sell meats to customers
- Slice cooked meats for customer consumption
- Prepare special orders for customers
As a Meat Cutter at Fortinos (Main Street) Ltd, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. You will be required to work a 40-hour week, handling heavy loads and working in a team environment.
