About the Role

We are seeking a Commercial Insights Analyst to join our team at BioScript Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in analyzing market trends and providing actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex data to identify market trends and patterns, and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence Developers to develop procedures for data collection and analysis, ensuring high-quality insights for enhanced decision-making.
  • Support the collection of real-world data and real-world evidence for health outcomes and economic impacts.
  • Provide proactive insights on performance KPIs and timely communication to stakeholders.
  • Enhance business processes and services through data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Manage the maintenance of effective and actionable sales reporting dashboards.
  • Efficiently manage customer lists and segment them into appropriate groups for targeted sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with program teams to identify areas for improvement and deliver enhancement and program efficiencies through data insights.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance the patient experience using data-driven insights.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis to support business case development, evaluating the financial feasibility and profitability of new and existing solutions.
  • Assess industry and community market trends to propose areas of innovation and efficiencies.
  • Assess the financial impact of innovative solutions and provide recommendations on project initiation and/or continuation.
  • Work collaboratively with business partners to bring innovative solutions to the market with clear business case analysis.
  • Support the Director of Business Development in assessing and recommending areas of focus for Strategic Partner Relations.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or equivalent role.
  • Experience working with financial modeling techniques, including PowerBI.
  • Experience within pharmaceutical, Patient Support Programs, and/or Healthcare, with a clear understanding of how data is used within these industries.
  • Knowledge of data visualization with PowerBI dashboards or an equivalent tool.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients.
  • Experience in a client-facing role, with the ability to understand and capture client needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work effectively.
  • Ability to elicit business requirements and translate them into detailed user stories.
  • Strong business planning, analytical, and conceptual skills to evaluate business problems and identify solutions.
