Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Service Management: Ensure that all food is prepared according to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Cash Handling and Administration: Manage cash handling duties, including opening and closing procedures, and perform administrative tasks such as inventory management and reporting.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train staff members to ensure that they are providing excellent service and meeting our high standards.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating special events and functions.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with staff, management, and guests to ensure that all needs are met.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service and cash handling role in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Point-of-Sale software. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift light objects. Comfortable operating a snowmobile while pulling a loaded trailer.
