About the Role

The primary role of the Senior Client Manager is to attract, retain and build strong relationships with high-net worth clients, driving business growth and revenue for NFP.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow client relationships and increase revenue
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and services to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to drive business growth
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably in a private client or high-net worth environment
  • Strong business development skills, with a track record of driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
