Position Overview:

Frazier Industrial Company is in search of a driven and skilled National Account Sales Executive with a strong emphasis on structural racking solutions. This critical role will focus on enhancing sales performance and nurturing key client relationships within the structural racking industry. The successful candidate will possess a solid sales background, comprehensive knowledge of structural racking systems, and the capability to build and maintain robust partnerships with national accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives aimed at fulfilling company growth targets in the structural racking domain.
  • Identify new business opportunities while fostering and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering and product development teams to tailor solutions that cater to client specifications and adhere to industry standards.
  • Conduct extensive market research and analysis to remain updated on competitive dynamics, industry developments, and customer requirements.
  • Prepare and present persuasive sales pitches and proposals to influential decision-makers.
  • Negotiate agreements and contracts with national accounts, ensuring terms are advantageous and consistent with company objectives.
  • Track sales performance indicators, generate regular reports, and provide precise forecasts to upper management.
  • Serve as a trusted consultant to clients, offering expert advice on structural racking solutions and industry best practices.
  • Represent the organization at industry-related events, trade exhibitions, and conferences to showcase products and cultivate professional connections.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • A demonstrated history of success in national account sales, with at least 10 years of experience in the structural racking sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of structural racking systems, including design concepts, installation methodologies, and safety regulations.
  • Exceptional negotiation abilities with a proven track record of closing significant deals and meeting sales objectives.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying technical information.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools, particularly Epicor and Salesforce.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities, able to derive actionable insights from market data.
  • Willingness to travel nationally as required.
  • A well-maintained client and prospect database.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications or training in structural racking systems.
