Job Title: Basketball Team Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Basketball Team Coach to join our team at JR Basketball Training Lab.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our basketball team to success, developing and implementing training programs, and motivating athletes to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve team performance
  • Motivate and prepare athletes for competitive events and games
  • Analyze and evaluate team performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive team approach
  • Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 3-5 years of experience in basketball coaching or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
