About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Basketball Team Coach to join our team at JR Basketball Training Lab. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for leading our basketball teams to success and developing the skills of our young athletes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve team performance
  • Coordinate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive team approach
  • Recruit and manage a team of assistant coaches and support staff
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local schools and community organizations to promote our program
  • Manage team budgets and resources to ensure effective use of funds
  • Collaborate with our sports medicine team to ensure athlete health and safety
Requirements
  • 3+ years of coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing training programs
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
