Position Overview

The Inventory Control Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of our inventory management processes. This position requires a dedicated individual who can effectively oversee and coordinate logistics operations within the organization.

Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate specific strategies to prioritize inventory tasks.
  • Manage the operational logistics of the organization to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Collaborate with various departments to coordinate activities effectively.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on inventory status.
  • Organize maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Provide training to staff on their roles and company policies.
  • Conduct performance evaluations to assess team productivity.
  • Assign, review, and coordinate work among team members.
  • Maintain an organized inventory system to track stock levels.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position requiring 35 hours per week of commitment. The primary language of communication in this role is English.
