Job Description

Canadian Tire Gas+ is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve inventory-related issues.
  • Prepare and submit regular inventory reports to management, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
  • Train and supervise inventory staff, providing guidance on inventory management best practices.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Requirements
  • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • At least 7 months of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
