Building Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Superintendent to join our team at Panthera Building Corp.
Job Summary:The Building Superintendent will be responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of our apartment/condominium complex. This includes supervising other workers, performing routine maintenance tasks, and ensuring the property is safe and secure.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of other maintenance staff
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors
- Empty trash cans and other waste containers
- Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
- Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Advertise vacancies and show apartments to prospective tenants
- Perform safety and security checks
- Work with minimal supervision
- Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
- Ability to work under pressure and perform repetitive tasks
- Physical ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
- Dependability, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, and reliability
The Building Superintendent will work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. The position requires the ability to work under pressure and perform repetitive tasks.
