Job Summary

BMO is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers and providing advice and guidance on financial solutions that meet their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify customer needs and provide advice and guidance on financial solutions that meet their individual needs, including personal banking products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with our branch team to deliver the desired customer experience and achieve overall business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with our products and services, as well as industry trends and developments, to provide expert advice and guidance to our customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales and service targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary degree or certification in a related field of study an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connections with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of financial products and services, with a willingness to learn and develop expertise.
