Food Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Food Store Supervisor to join our team at Little Caesars Pizza. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and establishing work schedules.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members.
- Assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies.
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate payment of staff.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or food service environment.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of organization.
- Flexibility, reliability, and a strong team player attitude.
- 30 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts.
- English language proficiency.
