Food Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Food Store Supervisor to join our team at Little Caesars Pizza. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and establishing work schedules.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Assign tasks and duties to sales workers, taking into account their skills and experience.
- Establish and maintain work schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of other store staff, including design team and stages hands.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or food service environment.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and reliability.
This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
