Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Assign tasks and duties to sales workers, taking into account their skills and experience.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of other store staff, including design team and stages hands.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or food service environment.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and reliability.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
