Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Paul Kler Mini Food Market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of staff members, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members.
  • Order and Manage Inventory: Place orders for merchandise and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and optimal store operations.
  • Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service and sell merchandise to customers.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
