As an essential member of the customer experience team, the Client Relations Specialist will engage directly with plan members, clients, advisors, and service providers to deliver outstanding service. Key responsibilities include representing the People Corporation brand through our customer service center by addressing inquiries related to plans, benefits, coverage, troubleshooting, and resolving issues efficiently.
**Hybrid Work Mode: 1-2 Days On-Site
**Evening Shift: Noon to 8:00 PM
Responsibilities of the Client Relations Specialist include:
Delivering exceptional customer service. Communicating with plan members, clients, advisors, and service providers via phone and email to address inquiries regarding claims, eligibility, and services. Ensuring that service standards are consistently met or exceeded. Collecting, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of claims and data. Assisting members with the use of online portals and mobile applications. Supporting service providers with online portals for claims submission. Initiating necessary corrective actions to uphold high service quality and customer satisfaction.To thrive as a Client Relations Specialist at People Corporation, the following requirements and skills are essential:
A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in the insurance industry is required. Proficiency in English is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail is crucial. Technical knowledge of basic application systems.
