At Rennaï, we're on a mission to revolutionize the world of beauty and self-care. As a Fragrance Specialist, you'll play a vital role in helping our customers discover their perfect scent and unlocking their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience: Build trusted relationships with customers by actively listening, maintaining self-awareness, engaging in conversation, and demonstrating genuine care and empathy in a warm and professional manner.
  • Expert Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of our luxury fragrance product lines, including their composition, brand story, and usage instructions.
  • Fragrance Consultations: Educate customers on fragrance and the different lines that exist within the fragrance family, help customers discover and select the perfect fragrance for any occasion, provide expert product recommendations and guidance on scent profiles, and offer product samples to customers to enhance their experience.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in the fragrance industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • General knowledge of different fragrance brands.
  • Exceptional active listening, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
  • Self-motivated and inspired, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
