Fairstone Bank is seeking a Sales and Customer Expert to join our team in Montreal.

As a Sales and Customer Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients are getting the best value from their services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strive to understand customer's situation and recognize the customer's needs
  • Maintain a high level of competitive and product knowledge
  • Provide quality service that will exceed customer expectations
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Accurately document customer interactions within the appropriate systems
  • Apply techniques offered in training and ongoing coaching for continuous improvement towards sales and performance targets.

Job Requirements:

  • Bilingual, must be able to communicate and write in both French and English.
  • Self-motivated in an independent work environment
  • Solid computer skills and an aptitude for learning new software
  • An understanding of credit cards is an asset
  • More importantly: Maintain a positive supportive attitude and help to maintain a gratifying work atmosphere with strong sense of ethics
