Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at LAMBTON PROPERTY MAINTENANCE & LANDSCAPING INC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and directing grounds maintenance, organizing construction projects, and supervising a team of 3-4 people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including snow removal and landscaping tasks
  • Organize and direct construction of decks, decorative walls, and other landscape features
  • Manage and supervise landscape construction work, ensuring high-quality results and efficient project timelines
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs, and tender and administer contracts as needed
  • Repair and maintain equipment, and requisition or order materials, supplies, and equipment as required
  • Provide technical advice, resolve work problems, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work outdoors in a physically demanding environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, and crouching
  • Strong client focus, team player, and ability to work under pressure
  • English language proficiency
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with 30-40 hours of work per week. The work environment is outdoors, with exposure to dangerous and hot conditions.
