Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at 7603860 Canada Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and development of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and schedule staff to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Plan and direct the maintenance of our outdoor spaces, including lawn care, tree service, and grounds maintenance.
  • Labor and Materials Planning: Plan and estimate labor and materials required for landscape construction projects.
  • Worksite Management: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of small engine equipment, sod cutters, and tractor mowers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Conditions: Physically demanding, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, and crouching.
