Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at LAMBTON PROPERTY MAINTENANCE & LANDSCAPING INC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and directing grounds maintenance, organizing construction projects, and supervising a team of workers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including lawn care, pruning, and planting.
  • Organize and direct construction projects, such as deck building and wall construction.
  • Supervise a team of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of work completed.
  • Tender and administer contracts with suppliers and contractors.
  • Repair and maintain equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
Work Environment:

This role requires working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including hot and dangerous environments. The successful candidate will be physically demanding and able to work under pressure.
