The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team as a Principal Architect, CSM. As a key member of our ESM team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of ServiceNow CSM into our clients' overall architecture and providing technical leadership and expertise to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Design and architect complex ServiceNow solutions in an enterprise-scale, multi-vendor environment.
  • Ensure technical alignment of FX teams with customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell ServiceNow solutions and products.
  • Provide overall architectural vision and technical cloud strategy for customers.
  • Guide customers in adopting and improving digital transformation strategies leveraging ServiceNow.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of ServiceNow solutions, trends, and best practices.
  • Participate in and contribute to FX Architecture Review Board (ARB) technical discussions, solution reviews, and documentation.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience on ServiceNow.
  • ServiceNow CIS-Customer Service Management certified.
  • ServiceNow CIS-CSM Professional certified.
Nice to Have
  • ServiceNow CIS-Field Service Management certified.
  • ServiceNow CIS-Financial Services Operations certified.
  • ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
  • Bilingual (French & English).
