Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to fruit and vegetable combination farming, including applying fertilizers, cleaning crops, and clearing fields of wood and stones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply fertilizers to crops to promote healthy growth
  • Clean and maintain the crops to ensure quality and freshness
  • Clear fields of wood and stones to prepare for planting
  • Cultivate crops on vertical farming systems
  • Harvest crops at the right time to ensure optimal quality
  • Examine products for quality and readiness for market
Work Environment and Physical Demands

The General Farm Worker will work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. The successful candidate must be able to handle heavy loads, bend, crouch, and kneel regularly.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods
