We are seeking a skilled and physically fit General Farm Worker to join our team at Out of the Blue Lifestyle Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to fruit and vegetable combination farming, including applying fertilizers, cleaning crops, and clearing fields of wood and stones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply fertilizers to crops to promote healthy growth
  • Clean crops to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Clear fields of wood and stones to prepare for planting
  • Cultivate crops on vertical farming systems
  • Cut agricultural crops at the right time to ensure optimal quality
  • Hand harvest vegetables and fruits
  • Harvest seedlings and examine them for quality and readiness for market
  • Maintain and manage growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes
  • Sort fruits and vegetables to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Weeding to prevent competition for water and nutrients
  • Clean work area to maintain a safe and healthy environment
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Handling heavy loads and equipment
  • Bending, crouching, and kneeling to perform tasks
