Lead Supervisor I

The Lead Supervisor role is a critical component of our store's overall success, driving sales and operational processes to achieve exceptional results. This individual embodies the behaviors needed to directly impact our business, modeling the highest standards of performance and representing our brand with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
- Manage daily operational tasks, ensuring seamless execution and adaptability to changing business needs.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Collaborate with Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s) to align business strategies and drive results.
- Stay up-to-date on fashion trends, competition, and market insights to inform business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with Coach retail policies and procedures, utilizing technology and tools to support sales and operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, team members, and stakeholders, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Stay organized and focused, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
- Ability to execute at a fast pace, communicate effectively, and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
