Production Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Scheduler to join our team at Natural Life Nutrition Inc.
Job Summary:The Production Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling production activities, ensuring timely delivery of products, and maintaining accurate records. This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth production flow.
- Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments to optimize inventory levels.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on production progress and inventory levels.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate work records and logs to track production progress.
- Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor production progress and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to ensure efficient production processes.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- 1 year of experience in a production or logistics role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
