Netcracker Technology Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful delivery of complex software and information technology projects.

As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure. This includes defining project scope, establishing timelines and budgets, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams of engineers, developers, analysts, and other technical personnel to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including clients, business partners, and internal teams, to gather requirements, manage expectations, and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Monitor project performance against established metrics, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the project team and with stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices, methodologies, and standards for project management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager, managing complex software development projects.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and technologies.
