Waste Management Operator

Job Summary:
The Facility Operator position at Secure Energy is a critical role that requires a high level of customer service, technical knowledge, and physical stamina. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our waste treatment, oil treatment, and water injection facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain equipment, including injection and charge pumps, tank operations, and fluid transfers.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as housekeeping, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly environmental and safety inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with customers to provide excellent service and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our facility's processes and procedures to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid and acceptable Driver's license.
- Current and valid safety tickets, including H2S Alive, First Aid Level One C, WHIMS, and TDG.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work long hours in a mentally and physically demanding environment.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently and under supervision.
- Excellent customer service skills.
