Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at TerraSource Global. As a key member of our Field Service Department, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers and driving revenue growth through service and parts sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical support to customers, including installation, operation, and maintenance of our equipment.
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate equipment needs and submit requests for service or parts.
  • Utilize SalesForce system to manage service reports, update asset data, and collaborate with other departments.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to drive value-added service and parts sales.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to identify new equipment opportunities and provide feedback on equipment performance.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in heavy industrial service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English and French.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including safety rules and operating instructions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel 60% of the time.
Physical Demands

This role requires regular sitting, standing, walking, and use of hands to handle equipment. Occasional lifting of up to 50lbs may be required.
