Job Title: Teacher (Probationary/Continuing) - Kindergarten (1.0 FTE)Job Summary:

Parkland School Division is seeking a qualified and passionate Teacher (Probationary/Continuing) - Kindergarten (1.0 FTE) to join our team at Athabasca Delta Community School in Fort Chipewyan, Alberta. As a key member of our school community, you will play a vital role in providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach the Alberta Programs of Study to students in Kindergarten
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure student success
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement school-wide initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Education Degree
  • Valid Alberta Teaching Certificate
  • Experience teaching Early Years level is an asset
