About the Role

Tari Labs, LLC. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Programs Director to lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives in our Project Delivery team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for fostering collaboration across departments, implementing resource utilization tools, and leading knowledge management and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Initiative Leadership: Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring adoption at the departmental level, and provide input into strategic planning processes.
  • Knowledge Management: Develop and implement knowledge sharing practices, support enterprise initiatives, and lead participation in committees.
  • Integration and Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments to manage gaps/risks, develop strategies, and ensure consistent execution across the department.
  • Process Enhancement: Develop and implement policies, processes, and best practices in infrastructure planning and delivery.
  • Resource Planning: Support the maintenance of accurate resource plans, maximize staff utilization, and contribute to strategy development.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record in leading strategic initiatives and providing subject matter expertise to project teams.
  • Educational Background: Background in Engineering, Commerce/Business, Architecture, or Economics. Relevant professional designations (e.g. PMP, P.Eng., OAA) would be an asset.
  • Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute programs in alignment with business vision.
  • Relationship Building: Experience in cultivating positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders at various levels with demonstrated ability to influence outcomes and to provide direction on priorities.
  • Progressive Leadership & Capital Program Experience: Substantial experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or Project Management, with a focus on implementing policies and best practices.
