About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team at Transitions Care, Inc. as a Personal Care Assistant for Adults and Seniors with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Household Management: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and meal preparation.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
  • Errands: Assist with grocery shopping and other errands as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Certifications: CPR and First Aid certificates.
Work Environment

Work in the client's home, providing one-on-one care and support.

Language

English is the primary language spoken in this role.
