Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Elfreda Theroux. As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized support and care to individuals with disabilities in their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care, ensuring the highest level of comfort and dignity for our clients.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to our clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require standing, walking, and lifting.
