Job Summary

Elfreda Theroux is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver for Individuals with Disabilities to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and care to individuals with disabilities in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Administer personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote social interaction
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as feeding and toileting
  • Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a caregiving role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that may be physically demanding
Work Environment

As a Caregiver for Individuals with Disabilities, you will work in the client's home, providing one-on-one support and care. This role requires a high level of flexibility and adaptability, as you will need to respond to the client's changing needs and circumstances.
