We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual administrative assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and edit various documents, including presentations, reports, and tables
- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations
- Update our database
- Perform other related tasks as required
- 6-7 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Fluency in both French and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent organizational skills, allowing for efficient and rapid work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Autonomy, flexibility, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Our client serves a national and international clientele and requires the ability to provide services in both French and English. This position requires a strong knowledge of both languages, as the candidate will be providing services in English to clients and stakeholders.
