Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the office team, including reviewing and assessing new administrative procedures, assigning tasks to office support staff, and ensuring compliance with procedures and deadlines.
  • Office Management: Handle administrative tasks within the office, including implementing policies and procedures related to records release, coordinating office services, and planning accommodations, equipment, supplies, and security.
  • Supervision: Supervise a small team of 1-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
  • Communication: Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence, and maintain effective communication with the team and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, flexibility, organization, and reliability.
