About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Four Seasons Whistler Holdings Ltd. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our discerning guests.
    • Plan and execute menu items, including specials and seasonal offerings.
  • Culinary Operations
    • Oversee the preparation and presentation of all menu items, ensuring consistency and quality.
    • Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Inventory Management
    • Conduct regular inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal levels and minimize waste.
    • Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate a team of culinary professionals to achieve exceptional results.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
    • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of success in menu planning, culinary operations, and team leadership.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
