About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Sales Representative to join our team at 8Twelve Mortgage. As an Inside Mortgage Agent, you will play a crucial role in managing our referral partners, developing client relationships, and working closely with our Underwriters to fund deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with expert advice and solutions to maximize compatibility with their needs.
  • Business Development: Proactively seek new business opportunities and identify potential customers through relationship building and networking.
  • Due Diligence: Perform thorough due diligence on all underwriting-related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Documentation Preparation: Prepare and review Signature and Compliance packages to ensure seamless deal execution.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a Mortgage Agent and a Mortgage Agent License.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with technology and ability to work efficiently and effectively within a Mac-based environment using multiple software platforms.
  • Location: Must be within a 45-minute drive to our Yonge/Sheppard office.
