Primary Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with the objective of promoting company products or services via phone, web, fax, or mail communication.
  • Provide fundamental customer support while directing more complex inquiries to appropriate team members.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the products and services available.
  • Prepare and follow up on client quotations.
  • Offer pricing and availability information for our products to clients.
  • Request and coordinate discounted pricing on orders.
  • Maintain the required level of call quality.
  • Input all sales orders resulting from client negotiations.
  • Encourage additional product sales through suggestive selling techniques.
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
Required Skills and Competencies
  • This position is fully remote.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or call center environments is required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated reliability and dependability are crucial.
  • Intermediate or higher proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Explorer, and Outlook is necessary.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks under time constraints.
  • Basic math and spelling skills are required.
  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute is necessary.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken French is required.
