Key Responsibilities:
As a Client Relations Specialist, your duties will encompass the following:
Conduct regular visits to active construction sites to support Customer Service personnel;Oversee and review outstanding correspondence lists with on-site Customer Service Representatives;Compile and generate monthly reports on outstanding correspondence to ensure compliance with warranty deadlines;Participate in homeowner inspections alongside Service Representatives as needed;Manage and oversee any Conciliation Requests;Supervise Service Technicians' schedules and quality of work;Organize and attend Customer Service meetings and other relevant gatherings;Inspect homes on the day of occupancy to verify that product turnover meets our quality standards;Conduct follow-ups with customers as necessary.
Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate:
2-3 years of experience in the Construction Industry;Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal;Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail;Capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic construction environment;Familiarity with Tarion Warranty guidelines is essential;Ability to assess warranty letters and delegate tasks appropriately;Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and similar applications.
