About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Services Representative at Crunch Fitness Canada (CFC01). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our services, and contributing to the overall success of our fitness club.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Acquisition and Retention: Proactively attract new business through member referrals, corporate lead generation, territory outreach, and telephone inquiries, ensuring consistent follow-up on sales leads.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Exceed personal sales goals by leveraging effective sales techniques and strategies.
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide excellent customer service while managing members' accounts and booking Crunch One Kick Offs.
  • Facility Maintenance and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean facility and promptly address member requests and issues.
  • Member Engagement and Experience: Greets all members and guests with a smile and enthusiasm, ensuring consistent member engagement.
  • Communication and Promotion: Effectively communicate special events, club services, programs, and schedules to members and guests.
  • Expertise and Knowledge: Serve as an expert on all aspects of club facilities, services, and operational hours.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
  • Certifications: CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
Physical Requirements
  • Lifting and Mobility: Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Prolonged Standing and Walking: Prolonged standing and walking required for daily duties.
