About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Representative to join our team at Pinheiro's Janitorial Services. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our clients' properties.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Disinfection and Sanitation: Disinfect operating rooms and other areas, clean and disinfect elevators, and handle and report lost and found items.
  • Customer Service: Provide basic information on facilities, address customers' complaints or concerns, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Transportation and Travel: Willing to travel to various locations to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and handle heavy loads.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in cleaning and maintenance.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
