We are seeking a skilled Claims Appraiser to join our dynamic team at Northbridge Financial Corporation. As a Claims Appraiser, you will play a critical role in reviewing and assessing the value of vehicles through photo-based estimating.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and evaluate physical damage losses to determine accurate vehicle values.
  • Effectively manage a busy day-to-day schedule to meet productivity and quality standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, brokers, and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in an insurance-focused program or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of estimating/appraisal experience in the insurance industry.
  • Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite and experience with Mitchell Workcentre, Mitchell Connect, and Mitchell Ultramate.
  • Ability to clearly communicate with stakeholders and provide accurate, detailed reports.
