About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at SUNFOOD MARKET INC. as a key member of our sales and operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Tasks: Effectively allocate sales responsibilities to team members to ensure optimal sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Financial Management: Authorize payments, manage inventory, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize waste.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates to ensure seamless customer service and sales performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Work Setting: Urban area with a retail business environment.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
