Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Northview Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily activities of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Merchandising: Plan and implement visual merchandising displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment that drives sales.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
