About the Opportunity

Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, a world-leading in vitro diagnostics company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Atlantic Province and Eastern Quebec territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales and market share objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and other means.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the Canadian healthcare market and its trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Science, or related field.
  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience selling diagnostics and capital equipment.
  • Experience with strategic selling and RFP bids.
  • Experience with CRM or sales management software.
